Texas is a big state, and drivers here spend a lot of time on the road. So it's only natural that some motorists want to share a message while they are driving around in their cars or trucks.

Weeding out license plates for things like HELL NAW, H3LL YEA, IPASGAS, FARTS, PORNSTR, DATBUTT, ILSPNKU and SEXDRIV has to be a challenge! But the article reminds me of a story that circulated in Chicago when I lived there and vanity plates had just been released in Illinois. Somebody requested and GOT “NO PLATE” – and while it sounded kind of cute, every time a police officer wrote a ticket for a car with NO PLATE – guess who got thousands of dollars in tickets. The plates were withdrawn (I do not know if that is fake news – but the story did circulate a while)
I searched for the story and found a link that suggests the same story happened in other states too! Be careful what you ask for – it might bite you! https://www.snopes.com/fact-check/licensed-to-bill/
