San Antonio companies look for feedback, recognition in Top Workplaces survey Last year, nearly 30,000 employees from 138 companies and organizations were surveyed on their benefits, the importance of ethics and values within the company, and other topics. “There’s a pride of affiliation of our associates knowing that they belong to something that is worthy of a Top Workplaces organization,” Dr. Richard Reyna, CEO and president of HealthTexas, said in a phone interview. Helbig agreed, saying it helps tremendously with recruiting employees because people are attracted to work at a Top Workplace.
